David's involvement with scripts over the years led to an enthusiasm for writing and has continued for over thirty years. Originally a self education process to better comprehend the meaning of  "written and directed by", David has now become a story consultant and script editor, once again calling on many years experience of market needs. He has two best selling books on Amazon and is due to release a ghosted biography and a book of short stories. He is currently assisting in the development of five screenplays whilst piecing together an autobiography of half a century in film and television, tentatively titled "The never ending apprenticeship".
